Cleaner Air Solutions Spain SL Limited Standard Terms & Conditions
1.Interpretation
1.1. In these terms and conditions (“Terms”), the following definitions apply:
| “CAS” | Cleaner Air Solutions Spain SL (registered number B54403514); |
| “Contract” | the contract between CAS and the Customer for the supply of Goods and/or Services in accordance with these Terms; |
| “Contract Price” | the price payable by the Customer for the Goods and/or Services, as determined in accordance with clause 7.1; |
| “Customer” | the person or firm named in the Quotation; |
| “Customer’s Premises” | the Customer’s premises detailed in the Quotation; |
| “Goods” | any goods supplied by CAS to the Customer under the Contract (or any part of them) including those set out in the Quotation; |
| “Quotation” | the quotation provided by CAS to the Customer; |
| “Services” | any services supplied by CAS to the Customer under the Contract including those set out in the Quotation and, where applicable, the design and/or installation of the System; |
| “System” | where applicable, any micro generation system to be designed, installed and/or supplied by CAS under the Contract, as further detailed in the Quotation. |
